We are delighted to announce that Alan Simpson has joined our talented team as our new Head Chef.
Al has gained an outstanding reputation in providing both fresh and wholesome food; most recently with his own catering company COM-FOR-T where he was the winner of Carlisle Living's Entrepreneur of the Year Award.
He brings almost thirty years of knowledge to the team and is looking forward to supervising our young adults within the kitchen embarking on their career in the Hospitality Industry.
