Our Payroll Service supports people across Cumbria who employ their own care staff

From financial matters to managing staff training and pay, we provide a complete service all based here in Cumbria.

Delivered by friendly faces, the service is ideal for people who use Direct Payments, or Personal Health budgets.

We all have our own needs; our service is tailored to meet your requirements. When you contact us, you’ll be paired up with one of our supportive Payroll Officers who will support you and guide you as you manage your staff.

How does it work?

We provide a comprehensive service, including providing pay slips and submitting end of year returns. We would deal with the Tax Office on your behalf, advise on contractual matters, work out sick pay, maternity pay and redundancy pay (should this issue arise).

Our team provide bespoke support and are always here, on the other end of the phone, to help you. Based in Cumbria, friendly and helpful, we are a local team that provides a personal service.

For people who need additional support, our team also provide a Managed Accounts Service. From making payments to paying Personal Assistants, our team will work with you to help you manage your accounts.

What is a Managed Account?

Managed Accounts are a personal arrangement that support people who find it difficult to manage their accounts.

The funds are held in a bank account or a pre-paid card provided by the Council and all expenditure from that account is used according to the individual's instructions.

Our team carry out all transactions such as paying staff or agency fees. This leaves people free to enjoy the benefits of independence and financial control.
