Fundraising at People First

From sponsored runs to coffee mornings, and everything in between, there are plenty of ways you can support our customers by raising funds and awareness.

We have plenty of events throughout the year for you to get involved with. Or, if you would rather host your own fundraiser, our Fundraising team are on hand, ready to help make your event the best it can be.

When you raise money for People First, you’re doing something magical; you’re helping people with learning disabilities live their lives the way they choose.

Work for a local organisation? Looking to work alongside a charity that helps people with learning disabilities across the North? We would love to hear from you!

There are several ways you can get involved with supporting People First. Whether it’s hosting an event here at our Conference Centre in Carlisle, taking part in a team fundraising campaign or supporting one of our Centre for Learning students with a possible work placement opportunity. We would love to work alongside you.

Be a People First Hero

You don’t need to fundraise, or have a cape, to be a People First hero. You can follow us on social media, find out about our work, or even share our posts with friends and family. Is volunteering your thing? Whatever it is, becoming a People First Hero has never been easier.
