Our learners work alongside dedicated Job Coaches who support them through their qualifications while gaining real world experience.

The Hospitality Programme is a supportive, but demanding environment which provides learners a safe space to develop work skills and knowledge.
The Programme offers the experience of being part of a diverse team where everyone’s contributions count and are important in the running of our conference centre and café.
