Creating Careers: Transforming Recruitment

There are no costs involved in your organisation joining the Creating Careers programme. You'll have a job that you're looking to fill and you'll be prepared to pay the successful candidate who secures that position. Other than that, there are no costs.

Yes! If you aren't currently hiring, you can still make a difference. Other than being a Career Creator there are still two ways you can support the program: 

- Be a 'Career Champion'; we'll help you think about the future and prepare your team for future inclusive recruitment. 

- Be a 'Career Supporter'; by using one of the social enterprises powered by People First such as our Conference Centre or Corporate Catering, Gardening Services or Cleaning, you'll support us as a customer helping ensure our financial security and future of Creating Careers. 

Like all of us, a person with a learning disability and Autistic people my struggle to fit the needs of a position. Your Job Coach is on hand to make make this unlikely, but if it is the case that your candidate isn't a good fit, we'll help the candidate find a position that better suits their skills and your find another candidate that better suits your role.
