It has been a year since the Direct Payment Support Service transferred to People First and we’d like to take this opportunity to say thank you to all our customers, old and new, for your continued support.
Our team has expanded somewhat in the last year. The team of Independent Living Coordinators continue to be based across the county to ensure we can do home visits. Our Payroll and Managed Accounts team are based in the Carlisle office ready to chat with you.

We also have a brand new website that launched spring 2023. Over the coming months, we will be adding guides and documents, such as timesheets, to help you manage your account.
