We launched our paternal wellbeing project 'How are you today, Dad?' and debuted our menopause resource, an 'A-Z of Menopause' at this year's International Women's Day Open Mic Night in Carlisle.
We also held our second Lived Experience Network event in Whitehaven on 7th March.

A fun filled night of celebration
The HWC team went to an Open Mic Night for International Women's Day, organised by Woman Up and Carlisle International Women's Group.
The night was a beautiful array of talent and togetherness held in Carlisle Vineyard Church on 7th March. Each year on 8th March is International Women's Day and the event was a great way to celebrate the fantastic local women, communities and groups that we have.
