We celebrated World Menopause Day with a HRTea Party!
18th October was World Menopause Day: We celebrated by having a menopause-themed tea party full of advice and delicious scones!
Menopause expert Lynsey Eland from dandelioncoach.co.uk joined us to talk about menopause symptoms and the different treatments that are out there.
The tea party was a comfortable, empowering space, and it was wonderful to see everyone getting involved, meeting new people and chatting about their experiences.
You can read all about our event in our article here.
Mental Health in Menopause is our women's health project that we have been running since September. We have been asking people to send us their questions about menopause, to be answered by an expert. Stay tuned to see Lynsey's responses on our social media soon!
