What is the Quality Performance Mark?
The Quality Performance Mark is the official quality assurance standard for organisations providing independent advocacy in England and Wales. It is awarded by the National Development Team for Inclusion (NDTi) following a rigorous external assessment process.
To achieve the QPM, advocacy providers must demonstrate that they meet, and often exceed, a comprehensive set of standards covering:
