Monday Night Club: Every Monday in February (15-25)

Time: 5pm to 7pm

Location: People First Conference Centre

Join our inclusive Monday Night Club for young voices to be heard, friendships to blossom, and positive change to unfold. Delve into discussions on vital topics like mental health and future planning in a safe, welcoming space at the People First Conference Centre.

No booking required - Just come as you are and get involved!

15 - 25 Meal Out at Shaha Tandoori

Date: 12th February

Time: 5:30pm to 7:00 pm

Location: Shaha Tandoori

Savour the flavours of Indian and Bangladeshi cuisine at Shaha Tandoori, handpicked by our group. Confirm your attendance to secure a spot at the table, where you'll enjoy an evening of delicious food and vibrant company.

Inclusive Walk at Bitts Park

Date: 15th February

Location: Bitts Park

Embark on a scenic stroll around Bitts Park, Carlisle, alongside friends from Carlisle Mencap. Bring your comfortable shoes and warm attire for a refreshing walk, followed by optional refreshments at The Tribe.

Maryport Trip

Date: 16th February

Time: 10am to 3pm

Hop on board for a delightful trip to Maryport, featuring thrilling rounds of crazy golf and a leisurely lunch at the cafe, in collaboration with Carlisle Mencap. Limited spaces are available, so book your spot early for a day filled with laughter and new friendships.
