We are looking for a caring and reliable individual to join our small, friendly team in Kendal, providing support to a cheerful 38-year-old lady in her own home.

We are seeking a caring and reliable individual to provide support to a 38-year-old lady in her own home in Kendal. She is happy, loves art and music, and has a great sense of humour.

She also has a dog and requires support with caring for it. Your role would involve supporting her with day-to-day life and helping her to maintain her independence.

We are looking for someone who can establish clear boundaries and is comfortable working as part of a small, friendly team. We provide 24-hour support to all staff members, alongside regular team meetings and supervision.

We are currently looking to fill a 22-hour contract at £16 per hour.

Shifts available include:

  • 08:30–16:00
  • 15:30–22:00
  • 21:30–09:00 – Waking night
  • 22:00–07:00 – Sleep shift

We are currently looking to recruit for day and evening shifts as part of the contracted hours. However, other shift types, including waking nights and sleep shifts, may also be available from month to month as additional hours.
