Salary: £12.71 per hour (Employed) or £16.00 per hour (Self-Employed)

4 year old Autistic boy who needs support to access School Holiday Club twice a week and additional hours during term time.

My son is non-verbal and autistic who will require support with personal care, emotional regulation and communication. He is working on using communication boards.

He must be supervised all the time. He is an excellent climber and has no concept of risk at all. He does not respond to his name but has started to respond to a verbal cue to get down if he's on something he shouldn't be.

He loves to be outside, he enjoys open spaces where he can run back and forth and look at the sky. He loves water and plopping stones. He likes letters and numbers and anything that spins. He also enjoys soft play, music and arts and crafts.

Support times would be during the school holidays just two days a week to keep him used to going to a setting and also as we have two other children so we can take them out to have a little 1:1 with them.

Essential criteria:

  • Due to personal care being required, applicants must be over 18 years of age.
  • Driving License is essential.
