A caring, compassionate and reliable Personal Care Assistant is required to support a lady in Penrith. The role focuses on building confidence, offering encouragement, and providing practical help at home and in the community. The PA should understand neurodiversity and mental health, previous relevant experience in this field would be an advantage. They should be happy to go for walks whatever the weather.

Responsibilities:

• Light household domestic duties
• Household admin and organisation
• Confidence-building and emotional encouragement
• Support to access the community
• Friendly, respectful companionship

Requirements:

• Registered as self employed with HMRC
• Appropriate insurance for care/support work
• Kind, patient, trustworthy and respectful
• Comfortable working in the customer’s home

Location: Penrith (working in the customer’s home)

Rate: £25.00 per hour
