Work Hours: 14 - 20 Hours Per Week - After school, weekends, school holidays

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Personal Assistant to support a 16-year-old young man with autism, a severe learning disability, epilepsy, Pathological Demand Avoidance (PDA), and possible ADHD. 

The role involves providing personal care, administering medication, and offering emotional and behavioural support to help him access activities and enjoy time in the community. 

He communicates verbally and enjoys a range of activities including swimming, playing games, building Lego, and going to the cinema. 

Previous experience supporting individuals with complex needs is essential, and applicants must hold a full driving licence to support him in accessing activities safely.
