About the Role

We are seeking a kind, patient, and reliable Personal Assistant to support a bright and energetic 5-year-old girl with neurological support needs in Cockermouth. This rewarding role involves providing personal care, supervision with feeding, and emotional/behavioural support, as well as offering help with learning activities. The position also includes accompanying her on fun and stimulating outings such as the aquarium, farm parks, soft play, and local play parks. Working hours between 6 and 8 hours per week; however, these hours are not guaranteed each week and flexibility is essential, including occasional weekend support. A DBS check (funded by the employer), a full driving licence, and previous experience are required. The pay rate is £12.21 per hour.
