About the Role

We are looking for a kind, patient and reliable Personal Assistant to support a 4-year-old boy with autism, ARFID and avoidance disorder who is non-verbal. The role involves providing one-to-one support to help him feel safe, understood and engaged in daily activities. Duties will include personal care, emotional and behavioural support, and accompanying him on outings such as trips to the park, swimming sessions and local drives. The successful candidate will play an important role in creating a calm, supportive and enjoyable environment tailored to his individual needs.
