2 PA's required to support a young boy who requires comfort, kindness and a solid routine.

Our 10-year-old son has diagnosed Autism, ODD and Picca and we are looking for 2 people to support him. He enjoys arts and crafts, going to soft play, parks and playgrounds and also gardening.

He has been out of education since March 2026 and is struggling to regulate his emotions – he is constantly in flight or flight mode. He requires support from people who can provide him with comfort, kindness and help him thrive in a solid routine. We are currently starting on the pathway for a diagnosis for his mental health so an understanding of children’s mental health would be ideal.

There are 4 hours per week available for each of the PA's to work on a 2:1 basis.

Further details of shifts required can be discussed with the employer. 

Essential Requirements:

  • Enhanced DBS check (funded by the employer)
  • Previous experience working as a Personal Assistant/Care worker.

Desirable:

Full Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle.
