Parent is looking for a Personal Assistant to support their almost 12-year-old daughter, who is a happy, sassy, headstrong, funny little girl, she has down syndrome and is diagnosed with autism.

Parent is looking for a PA to support their almost 12-year-old daughter, who is a happy, sassy, headstrong, funny little girl, she has down syndrome and is diagnosed with autism.

She has sensory issues, which makes her not like pets and loud sudden noises. She has hypermobility so although she walks, she can get tired and sore, she is just getting a wheelchair so she can rest during long walks. For this reason, a car driver would be preferred. She is classed as non-verbal, but she does try and string some words together and Mum can understand them.

She loves to go swimming, which helps her be active without weight bearing and helps her muscles, she loves water and going to the park. She also enjoys her own company and her iPad.

Requirements:
• DBS Check will be provided at no cost to the employee
• Driving preferred
• Previous experience preferred
