What is the Lancashire Learning Disability Partnership Board?
The Lancashire Learning Disability Partnership Board is a platform for this collective, collaborative work to improve the lives and opportunities of people with a learning disability in the county.
The Board has representatives from:
- Statutory organisations, responsible for both universal and specialist services accessed by people with a learning disability
- Community organisations, promoting citizenship
- People with lived experience of a learning disability and their family or carers
The Lancashire Learning Disability Partnership Board covers all of Lancashire, apart from Blackpool and Blackburn with Darwen. The Board meets 6 times a year at County Hall in Preston. One of these meetings will take the form of a Learning Disability Conference.
Our vision is to bring impactful, meaningful, change!
