New year, new you? Looking for your next big challenge? Why not kick start the year by signing up to take part in our Cheeky Squat Challenge this February!
We’re asking for supporters to join us this February as we challenge ourselves to a month of cheeky squats. Set yourself a solo challenge; take on your family, or even compete with workmates. The choice is yours!
The idea behind our Cheeky Squat Challenge is really simple. You choose the amount of squats you choose to do over the 28 days. You set your own challenge. All we ask is that you share your progress with friends and family to help raise funds and awareness for People First.
Natalie Bingham, Fundraising Officer said;
“With the start of a new year, we wanted to create a new, fun challenge for People First. We wanted something that people could support us with in their own way. Whether that is completing 100 squats a day in the gym, or doing 10 squats a day in the comfort of your own home. The beauty of this challenge is that you set the target and we will be behind you every step of the way!
Not only will you be getting fitter, you will be helping us to raise funds and awareness to help more people with learning difficulties.
This event is open to everybody, and we encourage anybody who might be interested to get in touch for more information.”
It’s £10 to take part and all participants will receive a free T-Shirt and Snood. Fundraising is encouraged but there is no minimum amount that needs to be raised. If you do choose to fundraise for us, our team will be on hand to make sure you are fully supported throughout.
