We've been trying to spread hope this month.

It's easy to feel a bit down in January now that the festive season is over, and the days are still dark. So we've been trying to brighten up our month with some wellbeing tips and looking forward to the future by planning our next projects and events!

End Hate event

Carlisle College held an event to raise awareness of hate crime and how victims can get help

Healthwatch Cumberland attended the event at the College last Wednesday to try and spread a message of hope and support to victims of hate crime, and let people know how Healthwatch can help.

There were around 350 students who attended, and lots of services providing information and advice.
