Each month, our Support Workers help groups of carers to come together, to share a warm drink and to have a good chat.
This group is taking place at the Trackside Cafe in Millom and will be supported by volunteers from our Cumberland Carers Team.
You can find the Trackside Cafe in Station Road, Millom, LA18 5AA.
