I am looking for a friendly, caring, responsible and reliable Personal Assistant to support me for 20 hours per week.

I have some medical needs which I mostly manage independently, but I would like someone who can provide support when needed. I also experience mental health challenges; I am looking for someone who is understanding, patient and respectful of my independence.

The role will involve supporting me to access social activities, accompanying me to appointments, and helping me to maintain an active and independent lifestyle. As many of my appointments and social groups are in Carlisle, a full UK driving licence is essential.

I need someone who can be flexible with their working days and hours to meet the above requirements.

A satisfactory enhanced DBS check will be required for this role. If you are not already subscribed to the DBS Update Service, the cost of the DBS check will be fully funded. Being registered with the DBS Update Service would be advantageous but is not essential.
