The ideal candidate will offer compassionate care and encouragement, helping him feel safe and engaged throughout daily activities. As he is not danger aware and requires the use of a pushchair, close supervision and gentle guidance are essential. The role involves assisting with personal care needs, offering emotional and behavioural support, and engaging in a range of fun and active pursuits including outdoor play, running, soft play, and trampolining.
