Key Responsibilities:

• Providing occasional personal care support
• Offering emotional and behavioural support

Supporting the child to access and enjoy community activities, including:

• Visits to the park.
• Soft play centres.
• Arts and crafts activities.
• Trampoline parks.

Hours:

• 2 hours per week during term time
• 8 hours per week during school holidays

Working Pattern / Days: After School, Weekends, School Holidays

Skills Required:

Essential:

• Enhanced DBS Check (Funded by Employer)
• Previous relevant experience
