Your feedback can help us improve local health services

Healthwatch Westmorland and Furness is the independent voice for people who use health and social care services across our area. We make sure those who plan, deliver and monitor care listen to the experiences of local people so that services work better for everyone.

We do this by:

  • Listening to feedback from residents across Westmorland and Furness
  • Advocating for change based on what people tell us
  • Informing people about their rights and care options
  • Challenging services when things go wrong and celebrating when they go right

Your feedback helps us influence how local services are designed and delivered — now and in the future.
