The Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training Tier 2 provides a greater level of learning, building on the foundations of Tier 1. Tier 2 shares more detailed learning for indidiccals who provide direct care and support for autistic people or people with a learning disability.
We understand that businesses have a social and corporate responsibility to understand people with a learning disability and autistic people, and we want to help you do this.
Tier 2 is a full-day, face-to-face training session designed for people who provide care or support to autistic people and people with a learning disability.

After the training, your team will be able to communicate more clearly and confidently, understand individual needs and make meaningful adjustments, and feel more confident in day-to-day situations and decision making.
